Terms and conditions

Cancellations and Refunds:

• You may cancel or transfer a ticket for an event if you inform us at least two weeks (14 days) before the day that the event begins.
• You can inform us by sending an email to theofficersmesscatering@gmail.com or calling 01676 532 384.
• We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for cancellations or transfers.
• After this two week period all cancellations and/or transfers are subject to our discretion.

Terms and Conditions:

• By booking for an event you agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of The Grange.
• Our decision is final in all disputes.
• The Grange reserve the right to refuse entry to any event or ask any individual to leave any event. No fees will be returned if an individual is asked to leave an event.
• Anyone who deliberately breaks the rules of any given event may be expelled and may be asked not to attend events in future.
• No dangerous items should be brought to events/sites without explicit permission for each item, this may include but is not limited to: actual firearms, actual edged weapons, pyrotechnics/special effects equipment.
• The Grange are not held liable for any loss or damage to your property at an event.
• The Grange are not held liable for any loss or damage to your person at an event.
• All attendees are expected to comply with the laws of the UK at all times, breaking the law may mean the police are informed/involved in a situation and individuals may be asked to leave an event.
• Events often have age restrictions, these must be strictly adhered to.
• Where under 18s are permitted to attend, any person under 18 years of age must have explicit permission from their legal guardians/event organisers/site staff to attend an event.
• No animals may be brought to the site without the explicit permission of The Grange.
• Additional rules may be in force at individual events; these will be explicitly stated in the booking process for said event and must be complied with.
